Due to overwhelming demand and limited availability for upcoming BSE events, a $750 deposit is required to reserve your spot. All balances have to be paid 45 days before the event date.

Attendance is strictly limited, and spaces are confirmed on a first-come basis. Once filled, no additional spots will be released. Please note that deposits are refundable if requested 61 days before the event date. Deposits and credits can be credited for use within the year if notified at least 60 days before the event date.

No refund within 60 days of the event date. Credit must be used within one year towards another event.

No refunds or credit is offered within 45 days of the event date.
